Our Process
Our Approach to Your Financial Plan
At Brightrock Financial, we work with you to build, preserve, and protect your financial well-being—while helping you plan for the legacy you wish to leave. We take the time to understand your priorities and coordinate the right planning strategies, solutions, professional expertise, and resources to support each stage of your life.
Discovery Meeting
We arrange an initial phone call to determine what you are looking for and ensure we are the right fit for you. We focus on your concerns and your priorities.
Analysis & Evaluation
Schedule an in-person meeting or Teams call to go into more depth of your current financial picture and discuss what matters most to you. We will then analyze the information and create a plan.
Recommendations & Strategy Development
After gathering the information, we will design a custom financial plan for you and determine the next steps to move forward.
Implementation
Once you confirm we can move forward, we help you complete applications, open accounts, transfer existing plans over to us as your advisor and firmly implement your plan!
Ongoing Advice and Adjustments
We stay by your side throughout your financial journey to monitor your plan and ensure you stay on track!

- What happens if I die or get sick?

If in the unfortunate event you would like to file a complaint:
- Please reach out to your insurance broker to try to resolve the issue.
- Contact the insurance company where your policy is held to make a complaint.
- Ask to speak to the insurance broker’s compliance officer.
- If your complaint cannot be resolved with your broker or with the insurance company, you can file a formal complaint with the insurance council in your province of residence.
