About Sean Morton

Certified Financial Planner

Sean Morton is a Certified Financial Planner and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan. He is mutual fund licensed with Desjardins Financial Security Investments Inc, and is insurance licensed for life, health, and group insurance. Sean entered the financial services industry in 2001, and has been operating an independent financial planning practice since 2011.

There are many moving parts to your financial situation. Sean believes it’s important to take the time to educate his clients on their finances. With that foundation in place, a good financial plan can be created.

Sean was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, and is married with 3 young children. He enjoys outdoor time at the lake, and has been active in sports throughout his life. He was a member of the Saskatoon Hilltops from 1992-1996, winning a national championship in 1996. Sean now gives back by way of coaching. He was a high school football coach for 4 years, and today finds himself coaching his children’s football/soccer/hockey teams. 

Sean is happy to help everyone from new grads to retirees, and aims to assist his clients in achieving financial security to enjoy all phases of life.

About Janea Dieno

Janea Dieno holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, she is exempt market licensed through Raintree Financial Solutions, she is a Certified Financial Planner and she is also life insurance licensed. Janea is currently working towards her Certified Cash Flow Specialist designation so that she can better assist clients in managing their cash flow. Janea currently assists clients of all ages and circumstances in creating a strategy for lasting financial security. With a focus on building long-term relationships, Janea advises her clients in the areas of insurance, investments, and financial planning.

Prior to starting her business in the financial services industry she had a successful career in sales and marketing in many international industries. She worked in sales for a software company in Paris, France, and following that she was recruited to a web networking company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Janea grew up in Saskatoon, and she has traveled extensively through Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Asia. An avid community supporter of READ Saskatoon, Janea was presented their Honorary Supporter Award at National Philanthropy Day in December 2014. Janea has been nominated for the Young Athena award from Business Professional Women’s Club of Saskatoon and was nominated for the 2012 YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Community Support. In 2016 Janea was the award recipient of the Business Leadership in Literacy Award presented by Saskatchewan Literacy Awards of Merit for her support of literacy programs in the community.

Janea enjoys baking, reading, golfing and curling. Janea, with her husband and two children, enjoy spending time at the lake in the summer and playing in the snow in the winter.

About Marissa Epp

Financial Advisor

Marissa joined Brightrock Financial as an independent Financial Advisor in March 2018. She is insurance licensed and focuses her practice on individuals, families and farm operations. Marissa is currently working on obtaining her Certified Financial Planner's designation.

Marissa was born and raised in East Central Alberta on a large Polled Hereford operation. She completed her Business Administration diploma with a major in Finance and spent the next 2 years working as a personal lender for ATB before she moved to Saskatchewan to build her family farming operation. In Saskatchewan she worked as a commercial/agriculture lender for Affinity Credit Union for 6 years.

With her husband, and 2 children, she spends her time building a commercial cattle operation, as well as being an avid mounted shooting competitor and barrel racer.

Marissa understands the complexity of large scale farming operations, as well as the budgeting needs of individuals and families.
